    You should have received an email inviting you to a culnary online classroom. You can get access to all of the assignments and submit your work into your personal folder. 

    If you have difficulty you can use this webpage to get information for the class.

    Each week you should work toward earning 100 points.

     Find the document labeled "Pasty Ingredient and Function". 

    Read the components of a pastry. 

    Make a pastry and document it. 

     

    Week 4 (4/20/2020- 4/26/2020)

    Download and read Chapter 45: Pies and Tarts reading material. 

    Read the Week 4 Pies and Tarts Directions. 

    At the end of your reading, complete the reading material forms questionnaire for 10 points.

    Week 5 (4/27/2020- 5/3/2020)

    This would've been our Spring dessert competition week. 

    If you have missing assignments, please work on getting them completed this week. 

    If you have all of your assignments turned in then nothing is due. 

     

    Competition

    For anyone who is interested, there will be a competition this week for a Spring dessert. This is not a requirement and it is not graded. It is just for fun!

    Make your dessert, plate it and take pictures. Give a brief description of your dessert. 

    I will submit the photos to the teachers to vote on a winner. 

    Winners will be announced the week of May 4th.
