We will schedule students for the 2020-2021 school year through a scheduling portal. You will/have received a scheduling letter that explains the scheduling process. On the back of this letter is the username and password for your student to be able to log in and select courses. You can also review the letter below.
I recommend you read over the letter, then review the 2020 scheduling PowerPoint below. This Powerpoint can be used to assist you and your student when you begin to request courses. I have also included instructions to complete scheduling electronically.
The scheduling portal will go live on March 23 and will close March 28. We would like your requests to be in by March 27. You will be able to change your requests and your teacher recommendations at a later date.
I will jump on Instagram and Facebook live beginning Tuesday, March 24 through Friday, March 27 to be available for questions. I will do a session in the morning at 9:00 and one in the evening at 6:00. Facebook profile name is jhsjohnnies and Instagram is johnstown.high.school
